Who earns the points, my business or my customers?
Your business. WPI Rewards points go to you, the business owner, based on the card volume you process with Wholesale Payments.
Do I have to change how I run my business?
No. Points come from the card processing you already do. There is nothing extra for you or your customers to do at checkout.
What can I redeem points for?
Gift cards from brands like Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart, plus electronics, tools, luxury goods, travel and flights from the WPI Rewards catalog. A $100 gift card is 12,000 points.
Do my points expire?
No. Your points don't expire as long as your Wholesale Payments account stays active.
When can I use my points?
Points show as pending first. Most become available 60 to 90 days after the original sale.
Can I give rewards to my staff?
Yes. Points stay with your business, but you can give the rewards you redeem to employees or customers.
How do referral points work?
Refer another business owner to Tyler. Once they are approved with Wholesale Payments and processing, your business earns 30,000 WPI Rewards points.
Can I refer a business outside Sioux Falls?
Yes. Tyler works with businesses in person around Sioux Falls and by phone and video anywhere in the U.S.
Does it cost anything to join?
